Source before summary
Numerical claims on processing-time pages must come from the validated published dataset and link to their provenance. Automated copy may describe deterministic comparisons, but it may not invent causes, legal conclusions, personal outcomes, testimonials, or expert review.
Separation from commercial interests
Core processing-time data remains visible without an account or payment. A future product teaser, sponsorship, referral, or advertisement must be labeled and must not alter the underlying number or determine whether a correction is made.
Review and corrections
Data builds run automated schema and consistency checks. We show the source date and do not refresh a page timestamp merely because the site rebuilt. Substantive explanatory content should name its review date. We do not claim attorney, agency, or subject-matter review unless a real, identified reviewer has completed it.
Corrections should preserve an audit trail: source snapshots stay intact, while the normalized or published layer is corrected with an explanation when necessary. Send reports to corrections@fillingtide.com.
Scope and uncertainty
Historical changes are reported as observations, not predictions. When history is missing, categories are not comparable, or a source changes methodology, we disclose the limitation instead of filling the gap with an estimate.
