Information processed when you visit
FillingTide is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. According to Vercel’s Web Analytics privacy documentation, its page views and configured events are anonymous and aggregated, are not associated with an individual or IP address, and do not use third-party cookies. A data point can include the route, filtered query parameters, referrer, country or regional location, operating system, browser, device type, and event time. Speed Insights collects browser performance measurements such as Core Web Vitals. Hosting security systems may separately retain request logs to prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents and metadata of your message. Do not send case numbers, receipt notices, passport details, financial information, or other sensitive immigration records. We do not need them to investigate a public-data correction.
No account or payment profile
The launch version does not create user accounts, store passwords, or accept payment details. A “coming soon” alert link may be counted as an aggregate expression of interest. It does not send an email address, receipt number, free text, or case detail, and it does not enroll you in a service or authorize future contact.
Case inquiry checker inputs
The case inquiry date checker processes the form, filing category, office, and receipt date on your device. FillingTide does not ask for a receipt number, receive or store those selections, or place them in the page URL. Normal hosting and aggregate page-view processing still applies when you load the tool page.
Use, sharing, and retention
We use technical data to deliver the site, understand aggregate usage, measure performance, and protect the service. It may be processed by infrastructure providers acting for those purposes or disclosed when legally required. We do not sell personal information. Operational logs and analytics are retained according to provider settings and only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes.
Your choices and contact
You can use browser privacy controls or blocking tools to limit analytics requests, although essential hosting requests still occur. To ask a privacy question or request action regarding information you sent directly, email privacy@fillingtide.com. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request.
