Use the separate 93% threshold for inquiry timing
The 80th-percentile processing times above describe completed cases. USCIS uses a separate 93rd-percentile threshold to calculate when a case may be outside normal processing time. The checker compares a receipt date with the latest supported cutoff; it does not submit an inquiry, determine eligibility, or replace the official USCIS tool.
