Acceptable use
You may view and link to public pages. You may not interfere with the site, bypass technical controls, misrepresent FillingTide data as a personalized USCIS determination, use the service unlawfully, or impose unreasonable automated load. A source citation does not grant rights in third-party content or government marks beyond those provided by law.
Third-party sources and links
The site links to USCIS, GitHub, and other third-party services that FillingTide does not control. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are their own. USCIS source data may be public, while FillingTide’s original presentation, code, and explanatory content remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.
Disclaimers and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties to the extent permitted by law. FillingTide is not responsible for decisions made from an aggregate estimate, a delayed or incorrect source, a mirror discrepancy, or an unavailable page. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Changes and contact
